Observance of Legal Requirements. Observe and comply in all respects with all material laws (including but not limited to ERISA), ordinances, orders, judgments, rules, regulations, certifications, franchises, permits, licenses, directions and requirements of all governmental bodies which now or at any time hereafter may be applicable to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
