Observance of the Lease. Terms The Landlord shall observe, abide by and perform the Landlord’s covenants and the terms and conditions set out in this Lease. 4.5 التقيد بأحكام عقد الإيجار يتعين علي المؤجر ان يتقيد، و يلتزم، و يقوم باداء إلتزاماته و تعهداته و الشروط المنصوص عليها في عقد الإيجار الراهن. 5. Term and Termination 5.1 This Lease shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date and shall remain valid thereafter for the Lease Term. 5. المدة و الإنهاء 5.1 يبدأ عقد الإيجار بتاريخ بدء الإيجار و يبقي ساريا فيما بعد طيلة مدة الإيجار.
