Common use of Observance of the Lease Clause in Contracts

Observance of the Lease. Landlord shall not be responsible to any Tenant for non-observance of other leases on the part of other tenants and/or neighbors. Landlord will make a reasonable effort to promote observance of the Lease on the part of other tenants and co-owners as allowed by law. The City of Xxx Arbor has a noise ordinance and it is the Tenant's responsibility to become familiar with the provisions of the noise ordinance.
