OBSERVE RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Tenant, his family, servants and guests shall observe the rules and regulations made from time to time by the Landlord for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Park, the comfort and convenience of its Tenants and the preservation of good order within the said Park, These are set out in Schedule "B" attached as amended from time to time at the Landlords' option.
