OBSOLESCENCE OF A POSITION. The Board agrees to advise the Association of the intent to eliminate a position from this bargaining unit or a conversion of a position into a Civilian Member complement assignment no less than three (3) months prior to taking any action. The notice shall be in writing, specifying the position being eliminated or converted into a Civilian Member complement assignment and shall indicate the number of Uniform Members affected and proposed transfers for the affected Members.
