Obstruction of windows. If at any time windows of the Premises are temporarily darkened or obstructed by reason of repairs, improvements, maintenance or cleaning in or about the Building, or if any part of the Building, other than the Premises, is temporarily or permanently closed or inoperable, the same shall be without liability to Landlord and without any reduction or diminution of Tenant's obligation under this Lease.
