Common use of (Obstruction to Passages Clause in Contracts

(Obstruction to Passages. Not to encumber or obstruct or permit or suffer to be encumbered or obstructed with any boxes packaging rubbish or other articles or obstruction of any kind or nature any of the entrances exits staircases landing passages escalators lift lobbies or other parts of the Building in common use and the Landlord shall if it thinks fit be entitled without notice and at the Tenant’s expense to remove and dispose of any such boxes packaging rubbish or other articles or obstruction as it sees fit without incurring any liability therefor.
