Obtaining Delivery Receipt. C.19.3.1 The Contractor shall be required to obtain a delivery receipt in duplicate signed by the client or his/her authorized agent upon completion of the delivery and/or the unpacking and placing of the household effects in the residence. The original of this receipt shall be retained by the Contractor and the remaining copy shall be submitted with the Contractor's invoice for payment.
