Stock Levels. Contractor shall have and maintain, throughout the Agreement term, and any extension thereof, stocking levels of ( %) on all products and articles required by the ( ) Department. Failure to maintain adequate stock may result in the Purchaser invoking the Contractor’s Default clause of the Agreement.
Stock Levels. Employ its best efforts to insure that stock levels are sufficient to assure that there are no breaks in the supply of Product to the Customers, subject to the Company's ability to supply as provided for in this Agreement.

Failure to maintain adequate stock may result in the Purchaser invoking the Contractor’s Default clause of the Agreement.

Avail agrees to maintain an adequate supply (based on purchase orders, forecasts and then-current historical information) of all Products (finished goods ready for immediate shipment) at all times. The Parties will also work together in good faith to determine other measures for maintaining appropriate stock levels based on historical information and marketing projections. Avail will maintain adequate inventory levels on all Products for immediate shipment of reasonably forecasted quantities, with a reasonable added safety stock. For USA stocks, the 3-5-7 Week Stock Replenishment Rules currently in place constitute adequate stock. The parties agree that following an initial stocking level of 8 weeks of usage, similar replenishment rules will be developed and implemented for KCII stock, adjusted from the USA rules to allow for transportation time.
Stock Levels. If the COR elects to allow the Contractor to draw and retain stocks of Government furnished packing materials, the Contractor shall maintain records of receipt and issue of such materials and shall advise the COR when the supply of packing material and cartons reaches a low level, based upon the projected shipping schedule. The Contractor shall notify the COR of low stock levels 30 days in advance of a delivery schedule to allow for delivery of additional materials.
Stock Levels. Suppliers shall maintain sufficient stock levels so as to be in a position to meet the Purchaser’s requirements for the Supplies or Sevices as set out in the Specification for the duration of this Agreement. Where a Supplier has difficulty in meeting its contractual obligations at any point in time during the Contract Period, it shall immediately notify the originator of the relevant Purchase Order and relevant contact person(s) referenced in the Purchaser concerned so that alternative arrangements can be made. Such notification shall not affect the Purchaser’s entitlement to rely on Conditions 6 and 7 hereof in relation to its remedies for the Supplier’s failure to meet its obligations under this Agreement.

Stock Levels. 2.1.1 Copydata undertakes to use all reasonable endeavours to maintain the Minimum Stock Level for all Contracted Items, but shall not be expected to do so for any Contractual Item which the Channel ceases to supply or reduces the supply of.
2.1.2 In order to try to minimise the effect on Gehis where supply of any Contracted Item through the Channel ceases or is reduced, Copydata will subject to written approval from Operations order such extra amounts of the Contracted Items as it believes reasonably necessary to meet the requirements of Gehis.
Stock Levels. Avail agrees to maintain a supply of the following:
(a) Raw Materials and components. Avail shall manage inventory of Raw Materials and components for use in the production of finished Products based upon the Procurement Forecast as may be updated in accord with Section 6(a);
