Common use of Obtaining First Aid Certification Clause in Contracts

Obtaining First Aid Certification. The Employer will pay the cost of obtaining and maintaining First Aid Attendant Level I certification to a maximum of two (2) Employees at any one time. Employees will be selected for such training on a voluntary basis; however, where there are no volunteers, Employees will be selected in inverse order of seniority, from lowest to highest. No Employee will be required to take such first aid training as a condition of employment.
