Industrial First Aid Requirements and Courses. (a) First Aid Kits The Employer shall pay for and install the appropriate first aid kit(s) as recommended by the WCB and shall advise all Employees of the location(s) of same.
Industrial First Aid Requirements and Courses. (a) Where the Employer has a contract with a client that requires the Employer to provide an employee with a First Aid Certificate, such employee will receive a premium equal to the amount specified in the contract between the Employer and the client for that certificate.

For the purpose of the rate, the allowance shall be divided by however, no employee shall receive more than the monthly for the Class of certificate which they hold. Employees designated to act as the Industrial First Aid Attendant in addition to their normal job duties will receive monthly allowance while on approved leave with pay of up to ten (10) days or while on vacation leave with pay. Where the Employer has an additional requirement for a First Aid Attendant on a temporary bask, then provided the employee acts as the First Aid Attendant for a of ten work days in any month, shall receive the full monthly allowance. In order to meet the requirements of above, the designate in order of seniority from among those regular employees holding an appro- priate Industrial First Certificate to act as the First Aid Attendant in addition to the normal requirements of the job.

  • Federal Requirements Pertaining to Grants and Subrecipient Agreements A. Requirement to Have a Single Audit: In the case that this Agreement is a Grant that is funded in whole or in part by federal funds, the Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133.   • Expenditure on Safety Requirements All costs and expenses arising out of or relating to Safety Requirements shall be borne by the Concessionaire to the extent such costs and expenses form part of the works and services included in the Scope of the Project, and works and services, if any, not forming part of the Scope of the Project shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of Article 16. Costs and expenses on works and services not covered hitherto before and arising out of Safety Requirements shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 16.3.2, be borne from out of a dedicated safety fund (the “Safety Fund”) to be funded, owned and operated by the Authority or a substitute thereof.
