Obtaining the qualification certificate. The Company shall, within six (6) months after the Delivery Date, make every reasonable and necessary effort to obtain the qualification certificates required for engaging in the main business in accordance with the laws of China, including but not limited to the value-added telecommunications business license (ICP certificate).
