Purchase and Sale of Property Subject to and in accordance with the ----------------------------- terms and provisions of this Agreement, Seller hereby agrees to sell to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from Seller, the Property, which term "Property" shall mean and include the following:
SALE OF PROPERTY If the Premises is sold, the Tenant is to be notified of the new Owner, and if there is a new Manager, their contact details for repairs and maintenance shall be forwarded. If the Premises is conveyed to another party, the new owner: (check one) ☐ - Has the right to terminate this Agreement by providing days’ notice to the Tenant. ☐ - Does not have the right to terminate this Agreement.
Lease of Property Landlord, for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be paid, kept, observed, and performed, hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord for the Term (as hereinafter defined), the Property. Tenant’s use of the Property shall be in compliance with the terms of this Lease.
SALE OF PREMISES Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary, the sale of the Premises by Landlord shall not constitute Landlord’s acceptance of Tenant’s abandonment of the Premises or rejection of the Lease or in any way impair Landlord’s rights upon Tenant’s default, including, without limitation, Landlord’s right to damages.
OCCUPANCY AND USE The premises shall be used solely as a dwelling for Tenants(s) and for no others and no others may spend amounts of time on the premises so as to disturb other Tenants. Tenant agrees not to use or permit the use of the premises for unlawful or immoral purposes. Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean, sanitary and in good order, and agrees not to hamper, disturb or interfere with other tenants in the building or apartment, not to create or suffer any nuisances in the premises affecting the rights of others, and agrees to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and directions of governmental authorities. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant agrees to surrender possession in as good condition and repair as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted.
SALE OF THE PROPERTY To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grantor hereby waives any and all right to have the Property marshalled. In exercising its rights and remedies, Lender shall be free to sell all or any part of the Property together or separately, in one sale or by separate sales. Lender shall be entitled to bid at any public sale on all or any portion of the Property.
Conveyance of Property In exchange for the payment of both the Purchase Price and the Buyer’s Premium in accordance with Sections 1 and 2 above, Oceaneering shall issue to Buyer a Xxxx of Sale in the form attached hereto as Schedule 2 and incorporated herein for all purposes, whereby Seller shall TRANSFER, CONVEY, SELL, DELIVER and ASSIGN to Buyer the Property in its present condition and location, free and clear of all liens, claims and other encumbrances. The Xxxx of Sale may be issued electronically and Title to the Property, including all risk of loss, shall transfer to Buyer immediately upon receipt of the Xxxx of Sale. The date on which Sellers issue the Xxxx of Sale to Buyers shall hereinafter also be referred to as the “Closing Date”.

SALE OF THE PREMISES In the event the Property is marketed to be sold by the Owner during the Term of this Agreement, the Agent: (check one) ☐ - Shall have exclusive rights of representation under terms agreed upon in a separate listing agreement. ☐ - Shall not have any rights to sell the Property under any circumstance, terms, or conditions.
Lease of Premises Subject to and upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord.
