Common use of Occupancy Limitation Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Limitation. No more than four (4) persons per one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet.

Occupancy Limitation. No more than four five (45) persons per one thousand (1,000) 1,000 rentable square feetfeet of the Premises.

Occupancy Limitation. No more than four (4) 5 persons per one thousand (1,000) 1,000 rentable square feetfeet of the Premises.
