Common use of Occupancy of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Occupancy of the Premises. Tenant agrees to occupy the Premises for the Permitted Use only. Tenant will not (i) injure or deface the Premises or the Building, (ii) install any sign in or on any window, demising wall, corridor, elevator foyer or other common Area, (iii) permit in the Premises any inflammable fluids or chemicals not reasonably related to the Permitted Use, nor (iv) permit any nuisance or use of the Premises which is improper, offensive, contrary to any Legal Requirement or Insurance Requirement or liable to render necessary any alteration or addition to the Building.

Occupancy of the Premises. Tenant Xxxxxx agrees to occupy use the Premises for the Permitted Use only. Tenant will not (i) injure or deface the Premises Premises, the Building or the BuildingLand, (ii) install any sign in or on any window, demising wall, corridor, elevator foyer or other common Areaat the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent, (iii) permit in the Premises any inflammable fluids or chemicals not reasonably related to the Permitted Use, nor (iv) permit any nuisance or use of the Premises which is improper, offensive, contrary to any Legal Requirement or Insurance Requirement or liable to render necessary any alteration or addition to the Building.

Tenant will not (i) injure or deface the Premises or the Building, (ii) install any sign in or on any window, demising wall, corridor, elevator foyer or other common Common Area, (iii) permit in the Premises any inflammable fluids or chemicals not reasonably related to the Permitted Use, nor (iv) permit any nuisance or use of the Premises which is improper, offensive, contrary to any Legal Requirement or Insurance Requirement or liable to render necessary any alteration or addition to the Building.
