Common use of Occupation by Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Occupation by Xxxxxx. The Landlord will give the Tenant exclusive uninterrupted occupation (subject to clause B1 below) of the property during the Tenancy Period for as long as the Tenant complies with the Tenant’s obligations under this Tenancy Agreement.

Occupation by Xxxxxx.
