Termination by Resident. The Resident may terminate this Residency Agreement, upon
1. In the event of the death of the Resident, this Residency Agreement will terminate on the first full day after all articles are removed from the Unit. In the event of a medical emergency, as determined by the FACILITY, this Residency Agreement shall terminate effective fourteen (14) calendar days after FACILITY receives notice, provided all articles are removed from the Unit by that date.
Termination by Resident. If the Residence is occupied by a sole Resident and the Resident dies, this Agreement shall terminate on the date that the personal representative of the deceased Resident removes the personal property of the Resident from the Residence and surrenders the Residence to Owner in the condition required by this Agreement.
Termination by Resident. Resident may terminate Resident’s appointment at any time after notice to and discussion with the Program Director, Department Chair, and/or CAMC’s Director of Medical Education, unless such discussion is waived by CAMC, on at least thirty (30) days' written notice to CAMC after such discussion or waiver.
Termination by Resident. Contract termination requests after a resident has moved-in must be submitted via the Summer Housing Portal along with the appropriate supporting documents to the Residence Life Office. Requests from Resident under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a written consent of the parent or legal guardian. Resident shall remain responsible for all room and board charges until the effective date of termination of this Contract. Resident may be entitled to a prorated room and board charge refund for any such charges paid beyond the effective date of termination, less all other outstanding housing related amounts owed as allowed by law. The Resident may be granted termination at the University’s sole discretion under the following conditions:
i. Resident ceases to be a currently enrolled student at UC San Diego by reason of graduation, withdrawal, academic disqualification, suspension or dismissal, military deployment/training, transfer to another institution or participation in a University-authorized and approved study-abroad program; or in the event of a recent marriage or committed relationship.
ii. Verifiable, compelling and unanticipated medical or financial problems beyond the resident control arising after the date of execution of this Contract.
iii. Resident declining University admission for any reason, which will result in a $150 termination charge. When a Resident requests to terminate for reasons not noted in this section and prior to the end of the term stated in Section 2, “TERM,” then Resident is responsible for room and board charges and/or any outstanding charges owed, and will be charged prorated monthly housing charges until the expiration date of this Contract, or until such time as the space is re- rented or a new resident moves in.
Termination by Resident. This Agreement may be terminated by Resident upon forty-five (45) days' prior written notice to the Program Director. Such written notice must state the basis for requesting termination of this Agreement. MRMC may waive or shorten the forty-five (45) day notice requirement in its sole discretion.
Termination by Resident. Resident may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause and without penalty or premium, by giving 90 days written notice to the other party.
Termination by Resident. Resident may terminate this Agreement for any reason and at any time and withdraw from the Program after notice to and discussion with the Program Director. Resident must give ninety (90) days’ notice unless otherwise agreed by both MetroHealth and the Program.
Termination by Resident. This Lease may be terminated by the Resident at any time by providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice to EHA in the manner specified in Section 12. Resident is still responsible for rent and all other terms and conditions of this lease during the notice period.
Termination by Resident. The Resident agrees to give 28 days written notice by informing the Owner if they intend to break their Occupancy Agreement before the Termination Date and to pay any administration charges, unless otherwise agreed with the Warden.
(1) The Resident acknowledges that if this Occupancy Agreement is terminated by them prior to the Termination Date, they will remain liable to pay the Occupancy Fee for the period until the Termination Date unless another resident is found to occupy the Apartment and until that person commences their residency. The Resident agrees to make all reasonable endeavours to locate another resident who is acceptable to the Warden.
(2) The Resident agrees that if the outstanding Occupancy Fee is not paid the amount outstanding will be recoverable as a debt due to the Owner in accordance with Clause 9(6).
(3) The Resident agrees that an Early Termination Fee equivalent to one week’s current occupancy will be paid prior to departure, in addition to meeting other Agreement obligations.
Termination by Resident. (a) This Agreement may be terminated by Resident upon forty-five (45) days' prior written notice to the Program Director. Such written notice must state the basis for requesting termination of this Agreement. MRMC may waive or shorten the forty-five (45) day notice requirement in its sole discretion.
(b) In addition to the above, and in accordance with the MRMC Policy on Internal and External Resident Transfers, if Resident provides written notice to MRMC of his or her intent to transfer from the Program to another residency training program (to include another residency training program operated by MRMC), then the Term of this Agreement shall terminate effective as of the last day of the Program Year in which Resident notifies MRMC of his or her intent to transfer from the Program. Likewise, if Resident enters into the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) during the Term of this Agreement, then Resident will be deemed to have terminated this Agreement effective as of the last day of the Program Year in which Resident enters into the NRMP.
