Common use of Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 Clause in Contracts

Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993. 16.4.1 the Supplier or Service Provider shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with all the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 and it indemnifies the Post Office against any claim, which may arise in respect of such Act by its personnel against the Post Office.
