OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT OF 1970. During the performance of this Subcontract, Subcontractor will comply with all applicable requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1970, as amended, including, but not limited to, the provisions of 29 CFR §1926 regarding lead paint.
