Common use of Occupational Safety and Health Requirements Clause in Contracts

Occupational Safety and Health Requirements. The Contractor shall take all precautions necessary for the protection of life, health, and general occupational welfare of all persons, including employees of both the Contractor and the Department, until the Contractor has completed the work required under the Contract as provided in 5-10 and 5-11. Comply at all times with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, provisions, and policies governing safety and health, including 29 CFR 1926, including all subsequent revisions and updates.
