Common use of Occupational Safety & Health Administration Requirements Clause in Contracts

Occupational Safety & Health Administration Requirements. All Services to be performed on Customer’s premises shall be designed and constructed in accordance with standards as set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Electrical equipment shall, at Vendor’s expense, be certified to meet at least one of the following approvals: Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL); Dash, Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx (DS&G); Canadian Standards Association (CSA); MET Electrical Testing Co., Inc. (MET); Electrical Testing Laboratory (ETL); or an acceptable equivalency rating from other testing agencies approved by Customer.
