Common use of Occupied Campuses Clause in Contracts

Occupied Campuses. Construction Manager acknowledges and understands that the goods and services contemplated by this Agreement that are delivered to or performed on school grounds, which may at various times be occupied by students, teachers, parents and school administrators. Accordingly, in order to secure the schools; protect students and staff, and otherwise comply with applicable law, the Construction Manager agrees to the provisions of this Article and agrees that the failure of the respondent to comply with any of these provisions may result in the termination of this Agreement by the Owner.
