OCE Inspection Report. Seller, at its sole cost and expense, shall have arranged for and caused OCE to inspect and certify Seller’s Project and shall have provided to Purchaser a complete copy of (i) the OCE inspection report with respect to Seller’s Project installed at the Facility, (ii) the OCE certification of Seller’s Project, and (iii) the final “as built” Project Documents.
