Common use of OCPFA Supplemental Retiree Medical Plan Clause in Contracts

OCPFA Supplemental Retiree Medical Plan. A. The Authority will deduct from all regular, limited term, and probationary employees, one (1) percent of their base salary, to be deposited into an OCPFA Supplemental Retiree Medical Benefit Program. This action shall be taken in accordance with the OCPFA Supplemental Retiree Medical Plan Agreement found in Appendix E of this MOU.
