Common use of ODCs-Travel Clause in Contracts

ODCs-Travel. Contractor personnel shall be required to travel CONUS and OCONUS during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The contractor shall be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in the contract and resulting task orders. All travel requires Government approval/authorization and notification to the COR. For proposal purposes, a Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) shall be established at a Not-to- Exceed (NTE) amount estimated for the overall contract. Each individual task order requiring contractor travel will have a CLIN established for the NTE amount.
