WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.
SUPPLIER STANDARDS OF CONDUCT Accenture is committed to conducting its business free from unlawful, unethical or fraudulent activity. Supplier will act in a manner consistent with the ethical and professional standards of Accenture as described in the Accenture Supplier Standards of Conduct, including prompt reporting of unlawful, fraudulent or unethical conduct. Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 6. The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.
Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT (1) Overtime requirements. No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
Safeguarding requirements and procedures (1) The Contractor shall apply the following basic safeguarding requirements and procedures to protect covered contractor information systems. Requirements and procedures for basic safeguarding of covered contractor information systems shall include, at a minimum, the following security controls:
Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
Applicable Technical Standards The Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards that apply to the Customer Facility and the Interconnection Facilities are identified in Schedule D to this ISA.
