Common use of ODPOVĚDNOST Clause in Contracts

ODPOVĚDNOST. The Site is and shall remain liable for any harm, claims, actions or expenses (including legal expenses) resulting from or connected with the negligence, omission or fault on the part of the Institution, Investigator or any Study Team members.
