OEM Equipment Maintenance Standard. The Contractor agrees to maintain all equipment according to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The Contractor further agrees that all components will be OEM components. At the termination of the Contract the Contractor guarantees that equipment will meet OEM equipment certification standards.
