OF NEW WAGE RATES. Following Union ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement for a new or renewed Collective Agreement, the Employer shall endeavour to implement any new wage rates pursuant to that Memorandum of Agreement in the pay period immediately following ratification by Regional Council. The Employer shall endeavour to implement retroactive adjustments in the pay period subsequent to the pay period in which new wage rates are implemented.
