Common use of Offensive activities Clause in Contracts

Offensive activities. The Lessee must: 6.3.1 not carry on any offensive or dangerous activities on or from the Leased Premises or create a nuisance or disturbance either: 6.3.1.1 for the Council; or 6.3.1.2 for the owners or occupiers of any adjoining property; and 6.3.2 use best endeavours to ensure at all times that activities conducted on or from the Leased Premises will not bring any discredit upon the Council.

Offensive activities. The Lessee must: 6.3.1 6.2.1 not carry on any offensive or dangerous activities on or from the Leased Premises or Premises; 6.2.2 not create a nuisance or disturbance either: 6.3.1.1 for the Council; or 6.3.1.2 Council or for the owners or occupiers of any adjoining property; and 6.3.2 use best endeavours to 6.2.3 ensure at all times that activities conducted on or from the Leased Premises will do not bring any discredit upon the Council.

The Lessee must: 6.3.1 must not carry on organise or allow any offensive or dangerous activities on or from the Leased Premises or create a nuisance or disturbance either: 6.3.1.1 7.6.1 for the Council; or 6.3.1.2 7.6.2 for the owners or occupiers of any adjoining property; and 6.3.2 use best endeavours to and must ensure at all times that activities conducted on or from the Leased Premises will not bring any discredit upon the Council.

The Lessee must: 6.3.1 5.2.1 not carry on any offensive or dangerous activities on or from the Leased Premises or Land; 5.2.2 not create a nuisance or disturbance either: 6.3.1.1 for the Council; or 6.3.1.2 Council or for the owners or occupiers of any adjoining property; and 6.3.2 use best endeavours to 5.2.3 ensure at all times that activities conducted on or from the Leased Premises will Land do not bring any discredit upon the Council.
