OFFER, ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT Clause Samples

The 'Offer, Acceptance and Contract' clause defines the process by which a legally binding agreement is formed between parties. It outlines that a contract is created when one party makes an offer and the other party accepts it, often specifying the methods and timing for acceptance, such as written confirmation or electronic communication. This clause ensures that both parties clearly understand when their obligations begin, reducing disputes over whether a valid contract exists and providing a clear framework for the formation of enforceable agreements.
