Responsibility for Assessments. Members who have withdrawn or have been terminated shall remain subject to the payments of any assessments for the year (s) during which such Member was a participant in the program of PACT.
Responsibility for Assessments. All installments of condominium assessments due and payable after the date of Closing shall be paid by Purchaser to the Condominium Association at such times and in such manner as the Condominium Association's board of directors may provide. All other amounts assessed against the Unit by the Condominium Association shall be paid in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Condominium Declaration. The terms of this subparagraph shall survive Closing.
