Common use of Offer and Acceptance; Acceptance Deadline Clause in Contracts

Offer and Acceptance; Acceptance Deadline. Buyer’s high bid constitutes an offer to purchase the Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement which, if accepted by Seller, as evidenced by Seller’s execution and delivery of this Agreement, shall constitute the binding agreement of the parties. This offer shall be deemed automatically withdrawn (and the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned to Buyer) if this offer is not accepted by Seller on or before 11:59 p.m. (Central Time) on March 27, 2021. Delivery of the Signature Page with Seller’s signature (including without limitation delivery via fax or email) to Buyer and/or an agent or representative of Buyer within the time specified in this Section shall be sufficient to show acceptance by Seller.
