Common use of Offer Expiration Deadline Clause in Contracts

Offer Expiration Deadline. Xxxxx's offer shall expire on the Offer Expiration Date at 5:00 PM ET, unless accepted by Seller pursuant to Section 1.1.

Offer Expiration Deadline. Xxxxx's offer shall expire on the Offer Expiration Date (as defined in Section 2.10) at 5:00 PM ET, unless accepted by Seller pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.11.1 hereof. If this Agreement is not executed by Seller on or prior to the Offer Expiration Date, this Agreement shall be deemed to have been rejected and cancelled and neither Party shall have any further rights, obligations, or liability to or against the other hereunder.
