Offer Negotiation and Confirmation of Acceptance. A3.1.6.1 The Contractor must provide an Offer Negotiation and Confirmation of Acceptance service as directed by the Lead/Customer Organisation which may include, but not be limited to: issuing results from assessments and interviews to candidates; drawing up merit/reserve lists where requested to do so and providing these in a format that allows the Lead/Customer Organisation to retain the information and use for its own recruitment purposes in the future; making job offers to the candidate routinely by electronic means but with the option of clerically managed cases on occasions; liaising between the Lead/Customer Organisation and the candidate until the offer of employment is agreed and accepted; conducting pre-employment and onboarding checks to include, but not limited to: security checks; health checks Criminal Record Bureau Checks (costs to be met by CS Resourcing or Customer Organisation) Employment references Credit Reference Checks (costs to be met by CS Resourcing or Customer Organisation) providing confirmation of any acceptance or rejection of offers; issuing contracts as required using CS Resourcing/customer contracts as required; passing notification of successful candidates to departments’ Shared Service Centres within agreed timelines; keeping in touch with candidates between offer and taking up duty; and providing Vacancy Holder feedback to candidates.
