Common use of Offer of Gratuities Clause in Contracts

Offer of Gratuities. The Contractor certifies that no Enrollee of Congress, nor any elected or appointed official, employee or agent of the State of Mississippi, DHHS, CMS, or any other federal agency, has or will benefit financially or materially from this contract. This Contract will be terminated by the Division if it is determined that gratuities of any kind were offered to or received by any of the aforementioned officials or employees from the Contractor, its agents, employees, subcontractors or suppliers.
