Transfer of Award. You may not transfer the Restricted Stock Units or any interest in such Units except by will or the laws of descent and distribution [or except as otherwise permitted by the Committee and as specified in the Plan]. Any other attempt to dispose of your interest will be null and void.
Transfer of Award. This Award may not be transferred except as expressly permitted under Section 6(a)(4) of the Plan.
Transfer of Award. You cannot gift, transfer, assign, alienate, pledge, hypothecate, attach, sell, or encumber this Award. If you attempt to do any of these things, this Award will immediately become invalid. You may, however, dispose of this Award in your will or it may be transferred by the laws of descent and distribution. Regardless of any marital property settlement agreement, the Company is not obligated to recognize your spouse’s interest in your Award in any other way.
Transfer of Award. Neither the Award nor the Restricted Stock Units may be transferred except at death in accordance with Section 6(a)(3) of the Plan.

As used herein, “disposition” means any sale, transfer, encumbrance, gift, donation, assignment, pledge, hypothecation, or other disposition, whether similar or dissimilar to those previously enumerated, whether voluntary or involuntary, and whether during the Participant’s lifetime or upon or after the Participant’s death, including, but not limited to, any disposition by operation of law, by court order, by judicial process, or by foreclosure, levy, or attachment, except a transfer by will or by the laws of descent or distribution. Any attempted disposition in violation of this Paragraph is void.
Transfer of Award. Prior to your death, only you may exercise this Option. You cannot gift, transfer, assign, alienate, pledge, hypothecate, attach, sell, or encumber this Option. If you attempt to do any of these things, this Option will immediately become invalid. You may, however, dispose of this Option in your will or it may be transferred by the laws of descent and distribution. Regardless of any marital property settlement agreement, the Company is not obligated to honor a notice of exercise from your spouse, nor is the Company obligated to recognize your spouse’s interest in your Option in any other way.
Transfer of Award. Your rights under the Award may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged or disposed of in any way, except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, without the prior written consent of the Company.
