OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS- COMMERCIAL ITEMS. (NOV 2021) The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (XXX) accessed through xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (v)) of this provision.

If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision.

  • Contractor Representations Contractor represents and warrants to Subcontractor as follows:

  • Annual Representations and Certifications Any changes provided by the Offeror in paragraph (b)(2) of this provision do not automatically change the representations and certifications in XXX.

  • Changes in Contractor Representation The Contractor must notify the Lead State of changes in the Contractor’s key administrative personnel managing the Master Agreement in writing within 10 calendar days of the change. The Lead State reserves the right to approve changes in key personnel, as identified in the Contractor’s proposal. The Contractor agrees to propose replacement key personnel having substantially equal or better education, training, and experience as was possessed by the key person proposed and evaluated in the Contractor’s proposal.
