Office and Club Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Office and Club Premises of approximately total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Bag Service Office space of approximately square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-1, Bag Service Office, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; SAMPLE B. Curbside space of approximately square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxxx Space, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; C. Airside Ramp Level space of approximately depicted on Exhibit A-6, Airside Ramp Level Space, dated and by this reference made a part hereof; D. Airline Ticketing Kiosk space of approximately square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-4, Airline Ticketing Kiosks, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; E. Ticketing Level Office space of approximately square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-3, Ticketing Level Office, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; F. Mezzanine space of approximately square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxxxx Office and Club Space, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; G. Airside _ Boarding Level space of approximately square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx Boarding Level Space, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and H. Airline Club space of approximately square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-9, Airline Mezzanine Office and Club Space, dated , attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Office and Club Premises. The Authority hereby leases to Company, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Office and Club Premises of approximately 135 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Airside E Ramp Level space of approximately 135 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-1, Airside Ramp Level Space, dated September 2024, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Office and Club Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Office and Club Premises of approximately 428 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Ticketing Level Office space of approximately 284 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-1, Ticketing Level Office, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and B. Airline Ticketing Kiosk space of approximately 144 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-2, Airline Ticketing Kiosks, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Office and Club Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Office and Club Premises of approximately 133 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Ticketing Level Office space of approximately 133 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-1, Ticketing Level Office, dated September 2021 attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Office and Club Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Office and Club Premises of approximately 1,747 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Airside A Ramp Level space of approximately 1,593 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-3, Airside Ramp Level Space, dated February 2021, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and B. Ticketing Level Office space of approximately 154 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-1, Ticketing Level Office, dated February 2021, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Office and Club Premises. The Authority hereby leases to Company, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Office and Club Premises of approximately 62 total square feet, consisting of the following: Ticketing Level Office space of approximately 62 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A, Ticketing Level Office Space, dated February 2022, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

Bag Service Office space of approximately 165 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-1, Bag Service Office, dated September 2021, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; B. Airline Ticketing Kiosk space of approximately 72 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-3, Airline Ticketing Kiosks, dated September 2021, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; C. Ticketing Level Office space of approximately 399 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-2, Ticketing Level Office, dated September 2021, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and D. Airside C Boarding Level space of approximately 451 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx Boarding Level Space, dated September 2021, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

Related to Office and Club Premises

  • Premises In consideration of the obligation of Tenant to pay Rent (as hereinafter defined) as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants and conditions hereof, Landlord hereby does lease, let and demise unto Tenant, and Tenant hereby does lease and rent from Landlord, upon and subject to the provisions of this Lease, approximately 1,620 square feet of rentable area as reflected on the floor plans attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein for all purposes (such space so leased to Tenant is herein called the "Premises") located in the building known as "Commerce Green Office Park, Building II" (the "Building") located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx., Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 00000, on the tract of land (“Land”) situated in Fort Bend County, Texas and more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes (the Building, the Land, and the parking areas and garages being hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Project"), TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Premises for the Term, subject to the provisions of this Lease. Landlord reserves the right, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without altering in any way Tenant’s obligations under this Lease, to (i) change the tenant mix of the Project without prior notice, (ii) to develop certain areas of the Land as separate parcels and remove or exclude them, from the Project, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and (iii) increase, reduce or change the size, height or layout of the Project or any part thereof, and the right to change the parking plan, tenant mix and/or parking ratios or to construct new buildings and structures in the common areas and to remove and replace existing buildings, tenants and structures in the Project, provided in any such case that Tenant’s cost, use and enjoyment of the Premises is not materially adversely affected.
