COMPANY PREMISES. Authority xxxxxx agrees to lease to Company and Company hereby agrees to lease from Authority in support of Company’s Business, certain real property as set forth in this Article 4 (collectively, the “Company Premises”).

Authority hereby authorizes Company to utilize common use space in the Elevator Penthouse of the of the Airport, as depicted on Exhibit A, Location of Radio Base Station, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for the purpose of installing, maintaining and operating a radio base station and associated antennae in support of its operations under the Basic Agreement. No specific leasehold is defined. The exact location of Company's radio base station is determined by Authority and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Authority by letter to Company without formal amendment to this Agreement.
COMPANY PREMISES. The term “Company Premises” as used in this policy includes all property, facilities, land, building, structures, automobiles, trucks and other vehicles owned, leased or used by the company. Construction job sites for which the company has responsibility are included.
COMPANY PREMISES. Section 17.5 Employees who are authorized local union representatives or union members may conduct lawful union activities on Company premises only during nonworking time in non-working areas, and in a manner which will not interfere with the operation of the business or the rights of individual employees. Union representatives or members who are not employees may enter upon Company premises after obtaining approval from a management representative of the Company.

Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain from the landlord of each of the Company Entities Premises such landlord’s consent to the assignment of the applicable lease from Company or Company Bank, as the case may be, to Parent Bank on terms and conditions satisfactory to Parent Bank, including, without limitation, written confirmation from the landlord of Company Bank’s Lodi banking office that the extension options contemplated by the underlying lease for such premises may be exercised by Parent Bank following the Bank Merger.

COMPANY PREMISES. Xx. Xxxxx agrees not to enter the Company's premises for any reason after the Resignation Date. If Xx. Xxxxx requires access to satisfy Paragraph 10 of this Agreement or to retrieve personal property, such visits must occur after the Company's normal business hours and Xx. Xxxxx must obtain permission from Xx. Xxxxxx, at least one (1) day in advance of such proposed visit and be accompanied by two members of the Board of Directors and Xx. Xxxxxx onto the Company's premises.
