Common use of Office and Resident Agent Clause in Contracts

Box 741, Jackson, MS 39205-0741, at which office there shall be maintained those records required by the Act to be kept by the Partnership. The Partnership may have such other or additional offices as the General Partner shall deem desirable. The General Partner may at any time change the location of the principal office and shall give due notice thereof to the Limited Partners, provided that doing so shall not adversely affect the Investment Limited Partner for tax purposes.
