Office Closing Procedures. Tenant will see that the doors of the Premises are closed and locked and that all water faucets, water apparatus and utilities are shut off before Tenant or its employees leave the Premises, so as to prevent waste or damage. Tenant will be liable for all damage or injuries sustained by other tenants or occupants of the Building or Landlord resulting from Tenant's carelessness in this regard or violation of this rule. Tenant will keep the doors to the Building corridors closed at all times except for ingress and egress.
