Common use of Office of Employee Clause in Contracts

Office of Employee. The office of Employee shall be located at the ------------------ principal office of Employer in Atlanta, Georgia, or at such other location within the State of Georgia as Employer may from time to time designate; provided, however, that, in the event such relocation required Employee to move his principal residence, Employer shall reimburse Employee for all his reasonable moving expenses.
