The Parties agree that SPD should continue to strive to ensure that all complaints 12 regarding officer conduct are fully and fairly dealt with; that all investigative findings are 13 supported by the evidence and documented in writing; and that officers and complainants receive 14 a thorough, fair, and expeditious resolution of complaints. These goals will be advanced both by 15 the following provisions and relevant provisions in the MOU.
