L. 103-139 (FY 94 NDAA, page 107 Stat. 1422), DOD is authorized to enter into cooperative agreements with States, nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, and other partners to support research, technical assistance, and educational services consistent with the mission of the DOD and the CESU Network. In accordance with the aforementioned authorities, the DOD is authorized to enter into this Agreement to continue the Great Basin CESU.
