Common use of Office Space and Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

Office Space and Administrative Services. The Company has entered into an agreement ("SERVICES AGREEMENT") with InterAmerican Advisors, LLC ("IALLC") substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit 10.9 to the Registration Statement pursuant to which IALLC will make available to the Company administrative, technology and secretarial services, as well as the use of certain limited office space, in San Diego, California for $10,000 per month.
