Office Space and Administrative Services. The Company has entered into an agreement (“Services Agreement”) with Global Defense Corp. pursuant to which such party will make available to the Company such office space and utilities for the Company’s use and provide administrative services and secretarial support until the consummation of a Business Combination. The aggregate cost to the Company for the office space and such services will not exceed $7,500 per month.
