Office Space and Services.
7.1 The University will provide the Association with suitable, rent-free office space that is not less than the current area in square metres occupied by the Association.
7.2 The Association may use University services such as printing, audio-visual, and similar services, with the Association being charged at the internal user rate.
7.3 The Association may use the internal University mail delivery service for the purpose of communicating with Members without restriction and free of charge.
7.4 The University will provide the Association, free of charge, access to meeting rooms on the University campus for Association business, in accordance with the normal booking procedures and regulations.
7.5 The Association may pay its staff through the University payroll system at the Association’s expense.
7.6 The University’s telecommunication system may be used for communications between the Association and its Members. With regard to that communication, the University agrees that it will not seek to intercept, review, or otherwise gain access to communications between the Association and its Members. Notwithstanding the above, the University reserves the right to conduct an investigation with regard to the use of the University telecommunication system under University Policy Acceptable Use of Electronic Information Resources (IM7200), or as otherwise permitted by law.
Office Space and Services. The Corporation shall provide office space and services that the Consultant will require to carry out the Consultant's services for the Corporation.

(a) WCA Management shall provide each Waste Corp Party with various office administrative services, including, without limitation, mail delivery, supply procurement and general office management, and such other office administrative services as such Waste Corp Party may, from time to time, reasonably request; and
(b) WCA Management shall permit the Waste Corp Parties to occupy and use the offices and space located at One Riverway, Suite 1400, Houston, Texas 77056, and all of WCA Manage▇▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ipment contained therein (collectively, the "Office Space") along side WCA Waste and its subsidiaries for executive, administrative and general office space.
(c) The Waste Corp Parties shall take good care of the Office Space and suffer no waste or injury thereto, and shall keep and maintain the Office Space in good condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
Office Space and Services. 1. Provide suitable office, meeting and training space for the Consortium.
2. Coordinate meetings and continuing education events on behalf of the Consortium.
3. Support consortial web sites and other electronic communication services such as e-mail discussion lists.

Upon Employee’s request, the Company will provide Employee with up to twelve months of office space and services, such office space and services to be provided by or through either Right Management Consultants or Drake Beam & ▇▇▇▇▇, as selected by Employee, and at a cost to the Company not greater than twelve months of outplacement services for an executive of Employee’s position.; provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated to provide office space or services beyond eighteen months after the Retirement Date.

Trans-Lux Corporation shall provide to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ his current office #108 located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in Norwalk, Connecticut (or equivalent office space in the event Trans-Lux Corporation relocates from its current office location), and an area for an assistant at the desk currently located near his office, along with office furniture and equipment which are currently being used by him, including without limitation, telephone, fax, internet access and office supplies without charge to Purchaser. The parties acknowledge and agree that such furniture and equipment shall remain the property of Trans-Lux Corporation. Mail services will be available at the actual cost of postage. These office areas and services, with the exception of the postage charges mentioned above, will be provided at no charge to Purchaser for a period of five years commencing on the Closing Date. Purchaser acknowledges that ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will also use such office space to support his activities as a director of Trans-Lux Corporation so long as ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ remains a director of Trans-Lux Corporation.
