Common use of Office Clause in Contracts

Office. The principal place of business of the Trust for purposes of Delaware law shall be in care of the Owner Trustee at the Corporate Trust Office or at such other address in Delaware as the Owner Trustee may designate by written notice to the Certificateholders and the Servicer.
