OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE AND PRORATION. Each quarterly payment of Additional Rent shall be delivered to Lessor, together with an Officer's Certificate setting forth the calculation thereof, within thirty (30) days after the end of the corresponding quarter. Additional Rent due for any portion of any calendar year shall be prorated accordingly.
